Bronze Turkey Breast Rolled & Stuffed

Our master butchers carefully remove the breast from the whole turkey and roll it so it’s ready prepared for you. We then stuff it with our very own stuffing made up of pork sausage meat and sage & onion

Finnaly, the whole breast is then wrapped in streaky bacon and hand tied ready for the oven.
