At Country Food Services our decades of experience have taught us only many things. Quality products are winning products. Therefore your meat goes through the below meat preparation cycle to ensure our products are a winner with our customers every time.

Online Butcher Receipt Of Goods (Stage 1)

When our products arrive they are checked, for the correct temperature, condition of packaging & quality. Then products are weighted and booked in using our unique GRN system, before being allowed past the goods in inspection point and into the building.

If the goods in Manage is not happy with delivery at any point during this stage, they must inform the general manager before rejecting the products.

Meat Preparation & Cutting (Stage 2)

In all cases, following the customers, exact requirements are of paramount importance. During the butchery process, the general manager will be responsible for checking the quality of the cutting, the quality of the meat, the trim level, and weights, before the items go for vacuum packing.

Online Butcher Picking And Packing Of Orders (Stage 3)

During the process of picking and packing of orders, most of the butchery work will already have been undertaken. However, this does not mean that the order picker/butcher can automatically assume that the meat they are packing is of the required standard.
