Country Food Services offer a next day delivery Meat Online service for all orders placed before 12am Monday to Friday.

Country Food Services have a close working relationship with a number of overnight delivery companies and guarantee to have your fresh meat online order delivered straight to your door at either your workplace or home the next day, Monday to Saturday inclusive, on all orders placed before 12am.

MEAT ONLINE MONEY SAVING TIP

All of our quality fresh meat is carefully cut and packed by one of our skilled butchers on the day of ordering, then placed in a specially designed, polystyrene box with ice packs. Your invoice will be placed inside the carton and the lid securely sealed. The delivery details will be shown on the label on the top of the carton which will be used by the delivery company.

Because all of our products are cut and packed fresh on the day of ordering, and then packed in our special thermal containers in ice, your fresh meat delivery will arrive to you in perfect condition, and whilst they are still in the container they will stay at the optimum temperature for up to 3 days. Therefore this makes our service perfect for customers who want their fresh meat delivery to their workplace for the ultimate in convenience.

All fresh meat delivery orders are subject to a £6.95 charge but please remember, this is per delivery, not per box, so if you or your friends want to get together and order a group fresh meat delivery we’ll place it all together on the one order. The charge is still only £6.95 regardless of how large it is, or how many boxes it gets packed in. So for example, if 4 family members, friends or work colleagues wanted to place a fresh meat delivery order and split the delivery charge it would only cost £1.74 each, and let’s face it, with the cost of running a car these days, could you really drive to the high street, or the super market and back, and pay parking costs for that price?

Returns & Refunds

RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of our products. In order to be eligible for returns or a full refund, you must contact us on the day of delivery. Products must be returned in the condition that you received them, with its original packaging.

Refunds will only be granted if the item is returned with its original packaging. Products subjected to temperature abuse will not be refunded.

Any product deemed, not to be of the required specification must be rejected at the point of the delivery. This can be a visual inspection. This will not alter your right to return the product, which its unacceptable quality at a later date. But within the use-by date stated on the pack.

REFUNDS

You must notify us on the day of the delivery if you consider your order, or any part of your order not to be of the specification shown on our web site. As soon as we receive your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

As soon as your return refund will be approved by our team. We will apply a credit voucher for the equivalent to your online account.
