Boned & Rolled Pork Leg

For this roasting joint we select the finest of our Cheshire Pork legs. The butchers then skilfully de-bone them using a method called tunnel boning, the boneless leg is then scored across the rind to help make perfect crackling and the finished joint is then hand tied.
