Bronze Turkey Breast Rolled & Stuffed

As per the boned and rolled Bronze Turkey breast, but this time stuffed with our very own stuffing made up of pork sausage meat and sage & onion.

The whole breast is then wrapped in streaky bacon and hand tied.
